If you are using a Download Manager then please disable it before attempting to download the files available to you after logging in.  Those files are sent directly to your browser and not available to the Download Manager.  The system may automatically disable your account if you leave your Download Manager enabled unless your Download Manager supports Accept-Ranges: none

Download Managers are not a standard part of Windows Internet Explorer.  They are software packages you optionally install or included with other browsers.
